Um, yeah, so, the photo here is what that looks like. At the same time though, micronutrients are important. Also, the whole part of the video where she says that if she goes on a hard 10 mile bike ride vs a leisurely 10 mile bike ride, there should be a difference in carb intake.
Her confidence and attitude has changed a lot too. You can see how different these values can be across different calculators. No harm in eating more, but if you like eating more fat or more carbs, you can swap that extra protein out for more of those. I thought she was just selling her t-shirts and stuff, didn’t realize she was programming nutrition and fitness again.
Anyhow… I really want to reduce body fat percentage. I decided to use the calories as my marker for figuring out my macros. Eat the “fun” stuff when you want to if you have the caloric room for it. Well actually she read them long before we even knew Krissy, but ironically we’ve both crossed paths with her separately.
Do I eat it anyway? Now, many krissu you probably use FitBits — which I find a little odd, frankly. I would say her physique is an mad bonus. But it’s not all physical. Roughly the same amount of calories will be burned on both of those bike rides.

She does a great job breaking down the fagney and makes it really easy to understand. Ever since my sister read Krissy’s book on Flexible Dieting she’s been a fan.
If anything I’ve become a lot more open minded after reading Krissy’s book.
